As training time allows, I'll post my race results from previous years and highlight my past accomplishments.  Otherwise, I'm focused on the present!

2008 Schedule and Race Results

Mercedes 1/2 Marathon, Feb/2008 - 1:18:46 - 5th in Age group

Very tough field, nice and hilly course.

Snake Gap Time Trial, March/2008- 3:10 - 8th overall

Coolest mountain bike trails ever!  Large amounts of climbing.

Xterra Fort Yargo, April/2008 - 1st Overall

    Cean, fast trails

Dirt, Sweat, and Gears, May/2008 - 1st Overall team

With rain the night before and tough competition, the race was full of dirt, sweat, and gears with teammate Dustin Greer

Xterra West Championships, Temecula, CA - May 18 - 7th Place

Hot doesn't describe the 103 degrees and a respiratory infection didn't help matters in the dry desert air.

American DeSoto Triple T, Portsmouth, OH - May 23 - 25 - 3rd Place Team

Two flat tires, (Bruce) vomitting on the bike, and an middle of the night trip to the ER didn't stop Bruce and I from finishing.  We finished the last race (half ironman) in first with a record time and only 2 to 3 hours of sleep.

Xterra Southeast Championships, Pelham, AL - June 8 - 3rd Place

Best finish as an Xterra Pro - It's good to be on the course to my home course as possible.

Xterra East Championships, Richmond, VA - June 15 - 5th Place

Not quite recovered from Birmingham left me flat on the run, but what a day on the coolest urban course in the US.

Xterra Lock 4 Blast, Gallatin, TN - July 6 - 1st Place

Seven time consecutive winner of this race doesn't even seem believable!

Chattanooga Waterfront Triathlon, Chattanooga, TN - July 13 - 2nd Place

If today was a training day, I would have stayed home and rode my trainer.  As I was mounting my bike out of T1, the rain began and continued on and off throughout the day.  40 to 50 mile an hour decents on the road are scary enough in perfect conditions.  Add blind, water-filled pot holes and slippery roads to the mix, and I'm slowing down a little even on race day!

Xterra Mountain Championships, Ogden, UT - August 16 - 9th Place

High altitude - do I need to say anything more?  I felt sluggish, but I learned a giant lesson.

Xterra USA Championships, Lake Tahoe, NV - October 5

Xterra World Championships, Maui, HI - October 26

I will also compete in various Cyclocross, Road Triathlons, Cycling, and Mountain Biking races throughout the year.  When I know what races I will do in addition to the above list, I'll update the site.
